Secretary

The Construction Secretary plays a vital role in supporting the team’s efficiency and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, and other important documents.

Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible to team members when needed.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the construction management team.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Troubleshoot, Service, Install, and Repair: Work on fuel systems, tank gauges, pumps, piping, and related equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Field Maintenance: Perform testing, inspection, and maintenance of fuel systems to keep facilities operational.

Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and clear communication.

Emergency Response: Respond to both emergency and non-emergency service calls within established response times.

Training: Provide customer training as needed on equipment usage and maintenance.

Documentation: Complete and submit all required paperwork, including inspection and maintenance reports, in a timely manner.

Physical Work: Must be able to lift/carry 80 lbs, push 200 lbs, and manipulate equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs using appropriate tools and safety measures.

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel nationally and at short notice for work assignments. We do work nationally on jobs throughout the United States, as well as on going work in the Denver metro area.
